I started taking LoveBug a few weeks ago because my bathroom routine was just... not really a routine at all. Some days were fine, other days felt off, and I was getting that bloated, uncomfortable feeling more than I wanted.

It wasn’t like an overnight thing, but after about a week I did notice I was going more regularly. Just felt a little more normal, I guess. It’s easy to take, no weird aftertaste or anything, and so far I’m happy with it
